General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

Article 1: Identification of the company

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sale of products offered by the company Card 'Em All Manini , registered in the trade register under number CHE-425.715.318 , whose head office is located at Chemin des Lentillières 11B – 1023 Crissier .

By placing an order on the website www.cardemall.ch (hereinafter, the "Site"), the customer (hereinafter, the "Customer") unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 2: Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks. The descriptions, illustrations and specifications of the products are provided for information purposes only and may be modified by Card 'Em All Manini .

Article 3: Price

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) inclusive of VAT , including the applicable VAT in Switzerland. Delivery charges and other possible fees are specified before the order is confirmed.
Card 'Em All Manini reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.

Article 4: Order

To place an order, the Customer must follow the Site's online purchasing process. Any order validated by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Card 'Em All Manini reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer, suspicion of fraud or non-payment.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is made online by the following means:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Other payment methods accepted by the Site

    The total amount of the order is debited at the time of validation. In the event of a payment problem (bank refusal, etc.), the order will be canceled.

    Article 6: Delivery

    The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Card 'Em All Manini delivers to Switzerland . Delivery times are indicated for information purposes only on the Site and may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products.

    Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are specified before the order is confirmed. Card 'Em All Manini may occasionally offer free delivery for certain orders, depending on the total amount or special promotions. This free delivery does not apply to orders containing pre-ordered products, due to possible different delivery dates between items.

    Card 'Em All Manini cannot be held responsible for delays due to delivery services or force majeure.

    Article 7: Right of withdrawal

    Due to the fluctuation of market prices of the products offered on the Site, no right of withdrawal is granted after validation of the order. The Customer may not cancel or return his order for any reason whatsoever once it has been confirmed, except in the event of a defect or non-conformity of the product received, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8.

    The products must therefore be purchased with full knowledge of the facts, and the Customer unreservedly accepts this no-withdrawal policy by placing an order on the Site.

    Article 8: Legal guarantee and complaints

    The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects , in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) .

    • The legal warranty is 2 years from the date of delivery.
    • In the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect, the Customer may request the replacement of the product or, failing that, the cancellation of the sale.

      Complaints should be sent to contact@cardemall.ch , along with proof of purchase and the reasons for the complaint.

      Article 9: Protection of personal data

      The personal data collected when ordering is necessary for processing and managing orders. It is processed in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) .

      The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting the company at the following address: contact@cardemall.ch .

      Personal data will not be communicated to third parties under any circumstances, except for the purpose of processing the order (e.g. delivery).

      Article 10: Liability

      Card 'Em All Manini 's liability is limited to the amount of the order. The company cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase of products on the Site.

      Card 'Em All Manini cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable events such as strikes, bad weather, or interruptions to logistics services.

      Article 11: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

      These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law . In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions, the parties will endeavor to settle the dispute amicably. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud .

      Article 12: Modifications to the T&Cs

      Card 'Em All Manini reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time the Customer confirms their order.

      Article 13: Pre-orders

      Some products offered on the Site may be available for pre-order . In this case, an explicit mention is indicated on the product sheet, specifying the nature of the pre-order and the estimated delivery date .

      By placing a pre-order, the Customer accepts this particular ordering method and understands that delivery will be deferred until receipt of the products by Card 'Em All Manini . The release or delivery dates mentioned are provided for informational purposes only and may be modified by the publisher or supplier.

      If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipments will be split. In this case, shipping fees may be charged for each partial shipment, and any free shipping offers will not apply.

      Card 'Em All Manini undertakes to inform the Customer in the event of a significant delay or unavailability of the product. In the event of permanent unavailability or cancellation of the release, the amount of the order will be fully refunded to the Customer using the initial payment method.

      The pre-order conditions do not modify the no right of withdrawal policy defined in article 7.
