Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the order process.

Delivery times:

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and delivery services.

Delivery fees:

Delivery fees are at the customer's expense and are specified before order confirmation.
Free delivery offers may be available depending on the order amount or current promotions.
However, free delivery does not apply to orders containing pre-order products.

Card’Em All Manini cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to delivery services or force majeure.

Hand-delivery:

A hand-delivery option is available by appointment in Lutry (VD).
The customer must contact us by email at contact@cardemall.ch to arrange an appointment.

If the customer cannot pick up the order, they can request:
- a refund of their order
- or postal shipment with additional costs
