No right of withdrawal:

Due to the nature of the products offered and the fluctuation of market prices, no right of withdrawal is granted after order confirmation.

Orders cannot be canceled or returned after confirmation, except in the case of defect or non-conformity.

Legal guarantee:

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity as well as the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Guarantee period:

The legal guarantee is 2 years from the date of delivery.

Claims:

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may request:
- a replacement of the product
- or, failing that, the cancellation of the sale
